I actually have a slightly higher score atm on my path...
This is quite rare in the sense of having two paths that have such a extremely close result. |

It's not really that rare, aren't they practically the same path? Does the fourth activation in either path end in the middle of a phrase or near the end of one? |

The final activation of both ends near the end of a phrase. Those two phrases are quite similar in length, thus producing similar results.
And it is rare for there to be a conflict about what is the optimal path in terms of scores being this close. Tobias and I found very similar endings to Still Alive recently and people kind of used whichever they felt more comfortable with... I'd say do the same for this... |

Yeah, then I'd consider them to be essentially the same path (where you do the fourth activation ends up not mattering as long as you get full points for the same number of phrases either way). It's just like how there's two paths that get the optimal score on crushcrushcrush - as long as you do the first activation in the right place, the best you can do for the rest of the song is average one phrase under overdrive for each energy phrase, and there's two ways of doing that (one that happens to end you up with extra OD at the end). |

Anyone mind telling me what sk2 or sk1 means? Otherwise, I'd use that path... _________________

sk = skip.
So sk1 = skip 1 activation, sk2 = skip 2 activations, etc. _________________

I tried the second path, both played on hard, and I got 179,924 on the new path, and 180,064 on the old path. Maybe I'm not squeezing (I didn't squeeze for either), or I dunno. _________________
