If possible, anything but nu-metal (one of the genres I really don't care for at all, you might say I despise it).
Classic Rock would be great, pop should be fun too.
Do you have a list of songs from your library?
Perhaps some Clash DLC?
I recall you said something about doing Black Hole Sun at some point.

Yeah, I will continue to do metal/numetal as they are pretty straightforward to tab out, usually only takes 1-2 hours tops as most have no solo's to figure out. The rock ones are my favourites to play, but not so nice to tab out, I usually leave these ones for when "I can be bothered" lol

As I have a some time to burn I will write what songs come under the "No - Pro Guitar/Bass Support" from my library:

(p.s. I would like to do RB2 imports, unfortunately I cannot copy the file onto my PC as it will not fit onto my 2GB memory stick so therefore its impossible for me to convert the MIDI to pro *sigh*)

I have RB1 Imports, RB2 Imports, ACDC and Blitz, I wont write these down as you probably know them all anyway.

Ok, I'd like to see these at some point:

another one bites the dust - queen
clint eastwood - the gorillaz
going mobile - the who
juke box hero - foreigner
rapture - blondie
sea and sand - the who
seven seas of rhye - queen
the show must go on - queen

tie your mother down - queen

Obviously more Jimi Hendrix but those would be probably among the most difficult to chart.

Yes, a number of those I would like to do too.

I will not (out of respect for the guy) even attempt to chart a hendrix song, I have a hard enough time trying to 5 star some of his harmonix written upgrades (little wing and freedom so far). Basically, I dont believe anybody should be writing upgrades which they cannot play proficiently so for that reason I will be leaving them as is.

Quick update for everyone. I beat the sh** out of my Mustang so much over the last year its now dead. Im going to have a Squier in the next week as a replacement Protar. As a result you may expect to see 22 fret customs from now (where applicable). Is there a way to automatically add a 17 fret version as well for the mustang users? (I dont want to sh** on those who aren't fortunate enough to have owned a squier or be able to even afford it)

EOF doesn't have an automated way to do it, but it would allow you to set the 17 fret track's fret limit higher, copy the 22 fret track into it, attempt to set the limit back to 17 and then offer to highlight all notes that need to be altered to conform to 17 frets. You can then review the track and decide whether to play those notes on a higher string or to lower the octave of entire riffs (ie. select all the notes in the riff and use the decrement fret function 12 times).

Thanks for the advice, only problem is I use ZPE v70, I have no experience using EOF so i doubt I will ever use it.

In the ZIGGY editor, hit the "create 22 fret" and it will create the normal and the 22 fret versions. BUT unless there is a note above 17, you dont WANT/NEED to create these.

(you can delete the bass_22 which is always created but never needed)

Aren't there some official charts that use the 22 fret bass track? I don't think they would exist otherwise.

Thanks for this, and awesome job on the bass for Linger, I love playing that song so much since I upgraded it, it will be nice to switch it up and play bass for a change.

Once I get my squier (its with Parcel Force 48hr) hopefully this Sat or Mon next week I will start working on more upgrades so watch this space.

Im also going to play on PSN too (first time ever) so is it possible to play customs on there too without jailbreaking the console or something?

If you haven't already had someone help with it, i can export and extract copies of every midi from RB2.

I've also been working on charts for Remedy by Seether and Face to the Floor by Chevelle. I'm sure they've been done by someone already but since i haven't found any, i thought i'd give them a try and chart it out and help out some on making the song upgrades.

If you give me your email address I will send you over 500+ upgrades. This way you can see if any has been done (plus have more pro songs)
