This is NOT the optimal path for an FC. If anyone figures out how to do the "ow" phrase, it should probably be included in the overdrive path.
However, I do believe this is the best path for this song if you miss the "ow":
2, wait one phrase
2, immediately
4, immediately
2, wait *five* phrases. Activate before the seventh "What can I do" _________________

I'm pretty sure the optimal path if you can get the "ow" is
2/wait one
3/immediate
3/after 5th "what can I do"
Of course, I still can't get better than Strong on that phrase...
*sigh* |

So, being a former game tester, I may have a few game tester friends. One of these possible friends, that may have tested Rock Band, may have said that the "Ow" was a reported bug in the game. Possibly.

To us here on this board, this would make perfect sense. Just saying. =P |

Be glad you could get strong. :p My best run ever I got an okay, and at the time, I got second place by less than 100 points. I think I had either the same path or a similar one, It's almost been a month since I have sung that song. :p |

I've gotten an 'awesome' on the "ow" once in multiplayer (but never again since, when I'm actually trying). If I remember, all I did was hold the mic pretty close and just say it monotone because my voice was hurting me at the time.
But every time I actually try to hit that phrase I always get an 'okay' at best. |

I would have failed from the sudden cease to play. I would just drop my guitar and stand speechless if I ever got the ow. And in BWT when ti doesn't show up on the solo leaderboards. that sucks. |

Thank you. This makes me feel much better. Here is to hoping they put a patch out that improves the 360 talky parts (dunno anything about ps2/ps3 talky parts). _________________

It's easier when it's a full band. No idea how though |

Looks like someone out there hit the "Ow." Liquid Autizm has a score of 234,000, 6k above Elilasol's score. 6k is how much we've all been lacking in our scores since we keep missing that damn "ow." Anyone wanna hunt this person down? =D |

Ajay, I used your bass line note trick on it on one try and it got very close (closest I've ever gotten, just a sliver), haven't tried since, but it gave me hope. |

I've nailed the thing up to literally 99% of the pie like 3 different times by making a low rumbling noise, but it just won't finish up. The pie looked like it was full, but all I got was strong. Gahhhh... |

I can't get close to the ow, but I did find a better path without the ow.
3, Immediate
4, wait 1 phrase
2, wait 5 phrases
That got me the current 1st place score, and I only got an ok on the ow so there is plenty more there. |
