Keeping track of new posts at rockband site

Maybe there is some simple method or technique that I'm missing here, but everytime I log into scorehere and thereafter go to the rockband site my "New posts since last visit" on the rockband site is zero. It is if I am logged out and then logged in again thereby resetting the new post counter on the rockband site. Any easy way to remedy this?

I already asked about that and they said that was the next thing to fix after the Rock Band scoring get up. For now, we must just deal with it. They know, and it'll get fixed.
