@whitecross: I would have downloaded Camaro and *possibly* the Count Zero one, but still, Harmonix has been (up to this point) extremely fair in all of their dealings...this seems so out of character for them.

Just got my disc... and my 360 won't read it.

it thinks its a DVD so when I put it in it says "please insert disk into an xbox 360 console". now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for oxm to send me a new one.
