I'm proposing renotating the first two activations to add an additional skip on both because there is an otherwise unusable activation phrase that is not counted. The actual path itself is not different. This might be specific to the RB4 engine.
EDIT: Actually, the second activation is a break.

Actually, I was just singing Saturday Night Special and noticed that there was one of those unusable windows in the last act, so it was written as 2/p1 instead of 2/s1 on RBPV making it much easier to immediately ignore that window.
So as long as it doesn't mean counting a lot more phrases than you would windows, this would be be a much more concise way to notate those situations.

there is no 3/sk1, it would have to be 3/, and i'm pretty sure that fills slower than if you activate right after the break...

At this point, I don't expect there to be much, if at all. Although to be fair, because of the historic RB3 bug where harmony vocals is actually using solo vocal's activation phrases rather than its own (side effect being that OD phrases are always the same), it isn't fully a waste to have additional overdrive like that. |

164,384 points. This one at least has another activation spot but using that gives 2k less points.
Looks like PS4 and Xbox has different activation spots for these songs so these paths are only for PS4.

Xbox paths:
Astronaut In The Ocean (Masked Wolf): 2/2p-ESF, AI (Jadiou, Arcanon)
Optimal is 176,956, I got 176,716 because I can't squeeze. This is AI, but the first activation is an ESF. It is possible to try 4/, 2/ here too, but I got 2k less.
Astronaut In The Ocean (Our Last Night): 4/, 2/ (Arcanon)
I got 176,344, current top is 176,488 held by two people. This path got 10k more than AI.
None of the paths on the Xbox side that I tried had leftover OD. |
