I would add an ES on the second activation to ensure you get the full points otherwise OD runs out before you get them so:
2/sk4, 2/sk3-ES, 2/sk2-ESF, 2/sk4-1p-ESF
But it's just my opinion on the path you could just activate and use vibrato on the phrase before OD runs out |
You are right that OD ends just before the end of the phrase but from the notation key ES is only for activating OD in the middle of a phrase so there would be no need to include ES in the 2nd act.
Unless we add another new notation that informs us it is possible to squeeze all points out of a phrase before OD ends, but I think that would just over complicate paths as we should try to keep them as simple as possible.

Regarding this path, isn't it the same as 2/sk4-ESF, 3/ESF, 3/sk4-ESF? The "1p" in the first and third activations are phrases with windows in the middle of them. Unless I'm misunderstanding the "p" notation. |
The path without the "p" notation is still: 2/sk3-ESF, 3/ESF, 3/sk3-ESF
"1p" applies to the phrase containing the 3rd window to skip.
I think because with this song there's not actually a "full" phrase to sing between the skip and activation that could confuse some people. |

Yeah. My understanding of "Xp" was that it is there to let you know there are X number of phrases to sing before you actually get to the one with the ES in it. _________________

Yeah. My understanding of "Xp" was that it is there to let you know there are X number of phrases to sing before you actually get to the one with the ES in it. | This is correct. If there is one full normal phrase to sing in between the last activation window skipped and the phrase containing the ES, then it is 1p-ES
If the end squeeze phrase directly follows the last window skipped, but there are two windows in the phrase instead of just one and you want to activate on the second window, that is notated as 1ES. (Note that the number is the number of windows skipped inside of the ES phrase, not the number of the activation; because if you are activating on the first window it is just plain ES) _________________

There was a very small confusion to the "p" notation included in the Call Me Maybe path.
sk3-1p indicated that after the skip you would sing the next full phrase normally but in this case the activation is in the next phrase.
| but here's my number | Skip | so call me maybe | it's hard to look right | Activate | at you baby | |

Here's a little FYI for those of you who cannot hit the last ESF in Call Me Maybe (like myself):
Rather than resorting to an ESP on the last act, I used this as my last activation: 3/DOD-ESF. I was able to score higher using this rather than going for an ESP on the normal path. |

So then you're saying it is just
Call Me Maybe: 2/sk3-ESF, 3/ESF, 3/sk3-1p-ESF ?
I'm tired of the clues and riddles just tell me what path to enter for the damned song. _________________

Quote: | It's Been Awhile: 3/DOD-ESF, 2/sk3-ESF-FRS, 2/sk5-ESF (shakamuda) |
Path is 1st for sure but just a revision
3/DOD-ES1F, 2/sk3-ESF-FRS(40%), 2/sk5-ESF
The percentile is just is when you should activate to hit the FRS for second activation feel free to remove it to avoid confusion |
