Alright, so it has come to my attention that not many people play harmonies anymore, but if they do it's usually RB4. Now correct me if I'm wrong because I don't have RB4 but are most of the paths the same in RB4 as they were in RB3? Thanks to whoever can respond to that!

Now, to start this thread, I would just like to say the one reason I am: I've been playing a lot of harmonies lately and it looks like some paths are different (say, if they have 1 more or less OD phrase or something like that). I haven't found a thread for RB3 on disc harmonies songs yet, so it's me starting it now. I might takeover the DLC too, so feel free to post DLC paths, and if you want you can post RB4 on disc/DLC harmonies paths too

It is obviously very hard to find optimal harmonies paths, so just post whatever you've got that got you and/or your team a good score!
Path Notation:
2/ means hit the first activation after you have your overdrive half full.
3/ means hit the first activation after you have your overdrive 3/4 full.
4/ means hit the first activation after you have your overdrive full.
5/ and even 6/ have been observed-similar to the above, activate at the first window after you sing the given number of OD phrases.
AI means hit all activations the first opportunity possible.
AS means Activation Squeeze (Which means you need to squeeze in order to catch an OD phrase later to keep your overdrive running longer)
BOD means activate before overdrive
DOD Means During od pharse use with ES meaning
ES means end squeeze (for the end of a phrase). This means that you leave out lyrics at the beginning of a phrase so the pie doesn't fill, then activate at a window mid-phrase, and finally try to still completely fill the pie by the end. You end up with an Awesome on the phrase but your OD stays active longer later in the song. Finding the right number of lyrics to leave out will take practice.
ESF means End Squeeze Full. This optional notation denotes an ES where the path author has confirmed you can get full credit for the phrase you activate on.
EwO means Ends with Overdrive that cannot be used.
FRS means Finesse Reverse Squeeze (This means you need to activate early at just the right point to get all the points from phrases sung but not catch the last od phrase). It is basically the opposite of an AS.
#sk the number of activation windows to skip before activating.
b|t denotes whether the windows skipped are on the bottom or top of the vocals highway. This is not necessarily which launch pad is going to be used to activate.
BH (before harmonies)
!-means go right away on a certain window

Example of a path:
Boulevard Of Broken Dreams: 2/1b 2/0b-FRS 4/0t-ES(BH) (username)
Please put your username or other (if someone else created the path) at the end in brackets and put the song title in bold.
Any suggestions as how to improve this would be great, thanks a lot!
Note that a lot of these might just be verifying paths to make sure they work on harmonies. If that's the case, just put the user who created the path.

If anybody reads this (which I know won't happen because no one cares about harmonies anymore EleGiggle), could they put in alphabetical order a list of the on-disc songs on RB4 that include harmonies. If nobody can do that I'll just do it by tier like how the beatles thread did it.

I'm pretty sure I found an okay path harmonies path for The Con. Mind you this is on RB3 so it may be different on RB4, but 2/BOD, 2/sk1, 2/sk2 doesn't work on harmonies since there's no last OD for the 2/sk2, you just end up going 2/BOD, 2/sk1, EwO

The Con: 2/BOD, 4/sk2 (cdrock7/UltraHeroABC5) - I'm pretty sure it was sk2, but you can also try sk3 to see if there's more points there.

Harmonies is difficult to say "this is the optimal path" because you're supposed to have 2 or 3 people all coordinating on big squeezes... There are bound to be A LOT more end squeezes because of all the phrases where you can activate in the middle. And then there's harmony squeezes too where you intentionally, just-barely avoid double and triple awesomes so that a particular line will count for more points than it otherwise would... So it gets difficult and complicated, fast, and somehow you have to coordinate this crap across two other people you know in real life. You're just not going to ever find yourself in a situation where you can go for near-optimal scores on harmonies except on only the most simple songs.

yeah, you're probably right rob. I should change the "optimal" part to "just post whatever you got" like the gh vocal threads

Pistol Whipped: 4/sk5t-ESF (dconrad23)

I'm not positive this is notated properly, but you activate just before the first triple harmony starts, and you don't sing any of the phrase until after you activate (the phrase starts before the activation point, but only for one vocal part). I'm pretty sure this is optimal, and one person can do it with 3 mics, you just have to squeeze well to get all of the last phrase in the song under OD.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but since you can essentially activate at any point in harmonies, isn't every single activation as difficult ESF as possible?
