hey i have recently achieved a couple ombfc's and i dont know to edit them
can someone help me?
i have windows live moviemaker and videopad (home use)

The easiest way to make OMBFC videos is with a more advanced program like Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut.

The problem with Windows Movie Maker is that (as far as I know) you cannot do picture in picture or masking/cropping.

I have no experience with Videopad, but if you can do masking and picture in picture, then you should be able to make OMBFC videos. This link may help you.

On top of having FCs of the 4 songs recorded, you also might like to have a background. If you're using RB3, then you don't need a background because you can just use the vocals video as the vocals highway is at the top of the screen. I like to use a background, so what I do is record the song on vocals performance mode as it gives me just the background of the game without any tracks on screen, and gives you a clear audio recording with no sound effects. If you're going to do this, make sure you mute the crowd in the game's audio settings.

All you've got to do from this point is mask/crop your videos and reposition them so it looks like a full band is playing. I don't add the scores to my videos in real time, but if you want to do that you just need to add them on separate layers.

I hope this explains the basics of making a OMBFC video. I'd love to be more specific, but not having used the software before, I can't tell you exactly how it works. That's something for you to find out for yourself! If you ever get stuck while editing, a quick google of your software and what you'd like to do (e.g. 'how to add text in Video Pad') usually helps.
