I've used my Destroyer pedal for at least 6 years, and it has worked perfectly until now.
Recently, I noticed that I was over-hitting in everything I played and was surprised to find out my pedal is the culprit. It bounces a bit more than normal after every kick and unless I hold it down firmly between kicks, I'm almost guaranteed to double-kick on most notes. Has anyone else had a similar issue with this pedal before? I would think there's something I can do to maybe pull the chain a bit tighter so it doesn't move on its own so much between kicks that it double-registers. Or maybe it's finally done. |

Check if the springs have lost any tension or if the screws are tight on it. My destroyer has had that issue before. _________________
