Has anyone else had trouble getting a response from this company after making an order? It says on there site under FAQ that they ship within 48 hours of purchase. It's been a week and I've sent 2 emails with no response. They have great stuff on the website and I'm sure I'd be a good customer but not if they can't deliver on what they say and can't even shoot me an email response. |

I just saw on there Facebook page that the Company is in the middle of a move so some stuff may take a little bit longer to ship. I hate that I had to dig this info up on my own. Please, just a response from the company is all I'm asking for. |

They have a horrible reputation and the owner is always making excuses for the lack of delivery and responses. In my experience with this seller, I had to threaten to force a refund through Paypal before he would even reply to me. Then he pretended my previous email went to his spam folder, which of course begs the question why he read my ultimatum and not the prior email. My experience with him doesn't seem to be remotely unique, so the seller is either habitually sloppy or untrustworthy. |

He doesn't accept paypal now. I noticed that on his site. Maybe because of all the refunds. I'm worried. |

That is definitely not a good sign. Assuming you used debit/credit card, you should send him an ultimatum (that you'll cancel the charge at your bank) to get him to bother to respond to you. It's realistically the only way you'll be able to communicate with this kind of deadbeat seller. |

Well I did what you suggested and he finally let me know my parts are on back order and are delayed at least a week. I wish he would put wether something is in stock or not on the website. Seems like a simple business practice to keep customers in the know. Still holding my breath. |

You can't count on that seller, that's the moral of the story. If you already sent him your money and he never sent you the product you bought within a few weeks or sent any communication justifying the delays, take whatever means you can to force a refund, even if you have to file a claim with your bank. |
