Can anybody help me here? I just cannot hit the chords consistantly (they're the only thing keeping me from an FC).

i just use my right hand for those chords. (my right index and right ring finger)

if it's too fast, maybe try to bend the timing window?

I'm more consistent in two-handing it to be honest.

I use my right thumb and middle finger.

Also as Megallica said try bending the timing window a little bit.

Yes.

Another tip would be make sure you are hitting light, you don't need to power through them and you'll just tire out doing it. I keep my wrist somewhat low to the keyboard, lower than I normally have it, and the first hit is a distinct motion down and the other hits are almost like "rebound". So you can think of it as one triple-hit instead of three hits.

I honestly wouldn't play with the timing window because I've found anytime I'm falling behind and start doing that I end up missing anyway.

The other thing I found is that my first run of the day (or even first couple) I would mess up in here if I wasn't warmed up. You need to have a certain looseness going when you are hitting it. And on the flip side if I grinded the song too long I would start tiring out and miss on the other end.

Exactly which ones are tripping you up? I have a feeling that you're not using proper fingering.

he's talking about the endless line of chords at the beginning of the song

it's all the same chord, so it's more of a stamina or endurance issue than finger positions IMO

He's more than likely playing the later parts with two hands so fingering doesn't really come into play the same way.

I'm pretty consistent at it, and I use right thumb and index finger. I'm different with a lot of stuff though.

Thanks guys, I ended up going for alternating hands, and got the FC shortly after.
