I disagree on The Power of Love, it has a lot more variety. TKM is the same 2 chords with very little movement, while The Power of Love has way more chord shapes, and inconsistent patterns (especially toward the end of the song). TKM stays rooted in the outro in the same place, but The Power of Love is a lot more mobile.

As I said, maybe it's just me.

EDIT: Sycocoaster's list was also based on one handing everything, and TKM becomes about 10 times easier when you 2 hand it.
