Well this would be an awesome week if I was a country fan. I think they said all these songs get RB3 upgrades, unlike the exported versions from the track pack right? If so, that's actually pretty sweet. I guess I'll pick up Ring of Fire at least. It is a classic.

Yes, 19 of 21 songs will have keys.

Where are you getting the O for 2 songs? I thought Henry mentioned only songs with keys were getting the RB3 upgrade tag?

21 songs for $19.99 is a pretty good value.

Wow, that's a lot of RB3 Versions. Glad I didn't import the original pack.

Still, some cool tracks here.

Take a look at Mama Tried.. you might like that one too if you like Ring of Fire

Pretty good value for the dollar on this pack, but the exporters are still basically buying the ability to play with other people on 2 of the songs, unless those are the same song file.l

First time in awhile we get a week with more than a handful of songs and it's all...country.

Fuck.

They better do a massive RB3 update to songs that actually matter at some point too.

Even though I'm not a big country fan, that is a terrific value and I'd definitely like to look at those songs to see if any of them are worth buying.

Anybody know by looking if there are any gems in this pack that the typical player shouldn't miss? I am not normally a country fan at all, but I picked up Mud On the Tires when it came out and I still think it's one of the most genuinely enjoyable charts to play on guitar and sing that I've played in recent memory. I also tried my hands at Sin Wagon with friends and that was a hell of a good time, too. Moral of the story: Don't write off country. What say ye, ScoreHero?

So are the imported songs from the track pack going to be updated with keys as well? I'm definitely not going to be buying these a second time, and am curious what they're doing with the originals. If not, there's going to be some discrepency between which version of the song people are playing online...

... the Country Track Pack 2 was the first one I bought instead of waiting for the tracks as DLC, and now I feel like I got burned. :/

Not that it's a big deal since it's only keys that are missing, but it's still annoying.

For regular official DLC I think so, although I could be wrong (some of the bigger albums like Blood Sugar Sex Magic and London Calling definitely come close). I'm pretty sure the week the 20 free DLC was released for RB2 beats it (there was regular DLC that week too, right?), and obviously if you count RBN or disks those both beat it (I think the day RBN launched might actually have the record for most songs to come out for Rock Band in one day ever including days that disks were released).

But yeah, this is a lot of songs. Great for country fans, and people who aren't country fans can just think of it this way: all these songs being released at once means they're not spread out through a series of disappointing announcements over the course of several weeks.

Ring of Fire, that is all.

Also, 21 tracks, only one pro upgrade? Odd.
