Surely, you must be... livin' on a prayer. *sunglasses* You are a braver man than I, grinding through the easy songs like that. Also, gold is really high on some songs because the solo bonuses are added on to the GS cutoff now, iirc. Probably why you can't find 25 or 6 to 4's gold. And no way in hell is Crazy Train's solo harder than Rainbow's. _________________

Crazy Train and Rainbow in the Dark are ones that I might as well give up on, no way my hand is fast enough. Freebird, it will take a miracle run for me to hit everything in one go. Caught in a Mosh, Beast and the Harlot and 25 or 6 to 4 all have sections that I can hit, but will need to practice. Its a shame they nuked practice mode in RB3 though, no breakneck speed will make figuring out the sections more difficult than needed. Everything else, I can and will FC by mid-January (Llama and Saturday Night will take infini-long grinding though).
EDIT:
Thanks for reminding me about Beast and the Harlot Shaftedofadown! Got this on my 3rd run while trying to figure out where to use my OD. I guess random strums really do help sometimes! This is a 2nd place score on SH too!
FC #61 - Beast and the Harlot

haha glad i could help man.
this is just me, but i think the caught in the mosh solo is fairly easy. it's tough, but not TOO bad if you just strum through it (it meaning the parts involving HOPOs+strums). maybe that'll help?
25 or 6 to 4 is just annoying. and you can definitely get llama. _________________
