It helps if you have the Strat so you can use the solo buttons.

If not, think of it as series of and just train your fingers to do that pattern quickly, using three fingers.

Some people even use one finger on those parts and just slide up and down.

If all else fails, you can always just skip every other yellow and should still be able to pass it.
