If we do get a Muse album, I would prefer Absolution
Its the 1st album I got from them and my fave, so lets hope it gets released _________________

While I would love this, I think the odds of getting a single album is unlikely. Absolution would be the best chance, nearly every song has guitar on it. Origin of Symmetry has Space Dementia, and the whole second half of the album isn't really rock band material. Black Holes and Revelations would be ok, but not the best album for gameplay. Absolution, or maybe The Resistance, would be the best albums solely from a gameplay standpoint.
Looking at it, a big pack seems more likely. They can choose the most popular songs (Starlight) and combine them with lesser hits that would be awesome on the game (Thoughts of a Dying Atheist, Invincible, Hyper Music, Unnatural Selection, etc.). _________________

The Resistance would be amazing to me (favorite Muse album), it wouldn't be as good gameplay-wise as Black Holes and Revelations or Absolution, though.
And I don't really think that quote is hinting at Muse specifically, but how MTV wants to incorporate Rock Band into their normal music business. _________________

Hearing this has really made my day. Muse is one of my all time favourite bands, and I would love to see more on RB. I think Absolution or Black Holes and Revelations would be my favourite choices, but I haven't heard much of their new album. _________________

Absolution is probably the most fit album for RB, but since The Resistance is so popular, I wouldn't be surprised if we get that album as well. I personally think we should get a best of, much like Queen. I'll stop the wishlist at that, but c'mon, Knights of Cydonia FB.
And for those that are thinking twice about The Resistance.

If Muse gets an album on Rock Band it's Absolution. No questions asked.
Listen to the end of "Sing for Absolution".
That guitar part could be fucking death. Not to mention that "Thoughts of a Dying Athieist", "The Small Print", and "Time Is Running Out" are AWESOME songs.
There's also a need to mention that "Hysteria" is already on Rock Band. |

I would have a lot of fun singing Time is Running Out. That song is AWESOME.
But the thought of Knights of Cydonia on Rock Band's engine...
Either way, more Muse would be win. _________________

Is this a hint of Muse to come? |
One of the reachier reaches I've seen, but it would be nice. _________________
