I haven't, no. Waiting for the full album to come out instead. Shouldn't be more than a couple more months?
Videos for Keine Lust are up. As noted in the YouTube descriptions, there's some glaring errors in a couple places, but they're all fixed in the v2 chart (it's not really a new version, I'm just calling it that to eliminate confusion). I just don't feel like re-recording and re-encoding the videos again. _________________

New chart released!
What is a man? Nothing but a miserable pile of cabbages and... What?
Artist: Kidd Cabbage
Title: Final Fantasy 4 “Treason” OC ReMix
Album: Echoes of Betrayal, Light of Redemption
Tiers: 5 Guitar / 5 Bass / 6 Drums / - Vocals / 5 Band
Audio: Free - included in download!
Length: 05:11
Offset: 0 (if using included audio)
Video: Guitar and Rhythm (Coop) (v2 - outdated)
Video: Drums: Expert and Expert+ (v3 - outdated)
Notes: This is a pretty badass track. Highly recommended, and very fun for all 3 instruments... And anyone without a death wish should avoid the Expert+ drum track.
I wasn’t familiar with Kidd Cabbage until the EoBLoR album came out, but he definitely knows what he’s doing! I worked with him extensively to make sure this track was accurate and fun, so check it out. I’ve put a lot of time into it!
This chart includes Overdrive for all instruments, drum fills, basic animations, and RB2-specific events.
Download Chart and Audio v4 (06-17-2010):
Expert with master tracks
Expert with single audio track
Expert+ with master tracks
Expert+ with single audio track
Enjoy! _________________

Wow, that was an awesome track (and chart!)
We're almost out of days, but I was hoping you might be finishing the FF: MQ chart that was done here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_-QY9cmGGo
I've been trying to do it myself, but I just can't seem to get it right. Anyway, awesome FF4 track! |

I... why in the world would I do that? It's not my chart and it's not even guitar... _________________

Track 27 released!
It’s cool because it’s spelled with a K instead of a C, see?
Artist: Kamelot
Title: Forever
Album: Karma
Tiers: 3 Guitar / 3 Bass / 3 Drums / - Vocals / 3 Band
Length: 04:10
Offset: 4000
Video: Guitar and Bass (Coop)
Video: Drums
Notes: Another updated GH track.
Pretty average difficulty straight down the middle. Drums are pretty simple but power metal does love its bass pedal.
Download Chart
Enjoy.
Tomorrow is a “J” day... And it eats plastic guitarists for breakfast! _________________

Track 28 released!
Did you really think I would go a whole month without John 5?
Artist: John 5
Title: Flatlines, Thin Lines
Album: Vertigo
Tiers: 6 Guitar / 3 Bass / 2 Drums / - Vocals / 4 Band
Length: 03:35
Offset: 2000
Video: Guitar and Bass (Coop)
Video: Drums
Notes: Another updated GH track.
The bass track is a mix of bass and rhythm (I’ve done that for a few of the charts, actually) just to make it more interesting. As I’m sure you already know, guitarists beware. This isn’t the hardest John 5 song available by far, but it’s still a beast.
Download Chart
Enjoy.

Damn. Apparently I forgot to chart tomorrow's song.
It's crunch time. _________________

Heh, I know what you mean... (about the crunch time, not so much the deadline)
That john 5 custom looks wicked (in more ways than one!)
Something I noticed about the drum chart: Every time you see two YR hits in a row, I'm not really hearing the second snare. The entire thing sound to me more like: Y R Y R Y. (note that I haven't actually listened to it intensively, just watched the video)
Amazing work you're doing here, too bad it's so under-appreciated on these boards... _________________

I actually debated over that second snare for a long time. It might just be my imagination, but I think there's a really light hit after the first one. Then again, I have previously experienced that odd phenomenon in which one begins to hear what one wants to hear. So I just don't know anymore!
Thanks for the feedback, too. It seems difficult to come across these days (I would blame it on the small population of this board, but I got no love on the SH side either).
In moderately related news, due to Large Error #2 (ie, forgetting to chart an entire song ), the release today is gonna be guitar and drums only. The bass parts always take me a long time because without a tab it's really hard to distinguish what the fuck's going on back there. Today I don't have the time (or patience) to do that, so I'll settle for an incomplete release for now and finish it later. It's a fun song anyway, so don't fret (lol) about the rhythm section too much. _________________

Track 29 released!
The chart that magically appeared on my excel chart as “complete” but in reality was completely nonexistent.
Artist: Heavenly
Title: My Turn Will Come
Album: Coming From the Sky
Tiers: 4 Guitar / - Bass / 4 Drums / - Vocals / 4 Band
Length: 06:43
Offset: 5000
Video: Guitar and Drums (v1)
Notes: So... Like I said in my previous post, this is an incomplete posting. I somehow forgot about this chart completely and had to start it last night. I only got the guitar and drum tracks done at this point, but they should be pretty solid. There is no Easy guitar track (because I'm both busy today and lazy, a dangerous combination), but there is an Easy drum track.
A complete update will come sometime in the future, but the bass doesn’t sound all that fun anyway.
Download Chart (v1)
Enjoy.
Tomorrow is an “S” day! Do you want to play half a dozen lead instruments? Fuck yeah you do! _________________

I was just thinking- since there are no vocals or anything, you should take all of these songs, take em to regular SH Software, and tell everyone that they can be used in GHWT Wii/PC by using RawkTool. It's really not a bad idea and the charts will gain that much popularity. _________________

I'm going to port 'em over to the GH side sometime soon; I plan on just re-releasing them as .charts in GH3 format in my customs thread. I don't know the details about GHWT's format, but I can't imagine it's too different. _________________

New chart released!
DAWN OF THE FINAL DAY (and Dawn of the New World)
Artist: Sixto Sounds
Title: Go the Distance
Album: Summoning of Spirits
Tiers: 5 Guitar / 3 Bass / 3 Drums / - Vocals / 4 Band
Audio: Free - included in download!
Length: 04:08
Offset: 0 (use included audio)
Video: Guitar/Rhythm
Video: Drums
Notes: This one’s similar to Treason - it’s free, it’s a remix, and it’s awesome. The lead plays something like half a dozen different instruments/synths, and they’re all pretty fun. It’s even got a few challenging sections! The rhythm and drum parts aren’t quite as exciting as the lead, but they’re varied enough to be fun. Highly recommended!
This chart includes Overdrive for all instruments, drum fills, basic animations, and RB2-specific events.

Seriously, Thumbs up Inimitable for those incredible charts the whole month.
Even if I didn't played all those tracks on my wii, I still followed your work the whole month waiting for THE track to play on my wii. I must say many of them recieved the mention . I hope you'll keep continue to create charts with that high standard of quality and I am just waiting now for a method to get my 8gb sd card on RB2 since my card is fully loaded of rb1 trackpacks. Me wants them all !
Congratulation Inimitable ! |
