3 - Halfway between Measures 64 and 65 (consumes 3 other od phrases.)
2 - Measure 114 exactly (consumes 3 other od phrases.)
3 - YO (Consumes 3 other od phrases.)

This may not be exact measures. I will try it again and see if i got the activations right.

That doesn't seem to add up. You're activating over 4 phrases in the first activation where you have marked, second one is fine. I think the last one is 4 because there is no other YO chord until after the 4th phrase. Are you sure you didn't mean GY
