I think this is the 'Raining Blood' for Rock Band.
1: OVERDRIVE
1st Activation: This is very important, before you get the the
You NEED to have full Overdrive. Use it there.
2nd Activation: You should get at least 3/4 of a bar. Use it on the galloping chords.
P.S. This happens to me, I suck at the start then when I run out of Overdrive I full Combo it.
3rd Activation: DON'T USE IN THE SOLO!!!!
If you can't 5 star it you can't hit the solo. Wait until
Use it at the start, you should have full Overdrive.
Don't wait untill you get a 4x multiplier, then it's to late.
Right when you're down to 3/4 Overdrive (Still using it) theres a path, get it. It should land you right at the start of another path.
DON'T MISS IN THAT PART.
2: Galloping Chords
I'm guessing everyone hates these. try to keep a combo on them it's necesary. It's easy, so you should have a 8x, but once you get to the
Try to keep a combo on this.
3: Chorus
You NEED to hit the ... If you don't you might as well not five star it.
What kills my combo is the (Hate it)
Again it's not necesary, but try to hit it.
4: After solo
HIT IT!!!! If you miss one note, start over.
The Overdrive phrases are put there to say "You can five star me"
5: Ending
After the Chorus (Try to hit it)
Go crazy I suggest, doing sweeps with all five buttons, so that they're all lit. Hit the last note.
I belive it is around 113,500 for the 5 star cutoff.
This is around the score you should get

Oh don't miss here, oh this parts hard but try to combo it
Overdrive path, however, was helpful... meh. |

First, RTTH is nowhere near RB. RTTH is fun to play, for one. =P And there's no deluge of questions about how to pass the first third of it.
Anyways, I second hatrikk. I'm close to five starring this, but I can't reliably hit the galloping chords or the two-notes-HO-two-notes-HO-etc bits, but I don't need to be told "here's the hard bits". I know where the hard bits are. I know I should try to hit all the overdrive. Some advice on how to hit the hard bits would be much more useful, I believe. |

Well, I can add this: If you're sliding your index finger on the first half of the R RRG GGR RRY YY bit in the chorus, don't! Simply switch up your fingering and use your index for G, middle for R, and ring for Y. Makes it so much easier. Also be conscious of where you change notes, make sure you're changing exactly on the beat that you're strumming. _________________

Seriously? I 5*'d this the 2nd time I played it. And I've only 4*'d that fucking Fall Out Boy song. Which must mean that either Run To The Hills isn't really that hard or I'm just really lucky. _________________

I find I get much more accuracy on these parts if I strum them as 8th note triplets rather than the written rhythm (16th note, 16th rest, 16th note, 16th note, etc.). Helped a great deal for when I finally FC'ed it. ;-) |

Haha I did the exact same thing on that song on my 2nd run-through. Down-strumming FTW! I didn't even bother with a 'Run to the Hills' path, I just made it up as I went. _________________
