i'm pretty sure the most optimal path is:
0
1
0
0
2
0
0
The gold cutoff is about 252000 and this got me about 249000 even though I missed a few notes. You don't have to hit all the overdrive drum roll parts for this path to work, just see if it raises your score. I did the math, and I think that path would be good for 254k, but I'm new at pathing.
Edit: Confirmed. I got gold stars and 1st place on the song but I missed 1 note, so if you're trying for a higher score, I would go with this path. _________________

Thanks for the path! It improved my score by almost 20k That, and I finally got the rolls down somewhat. |

I think you have an extra 0 at the end of your path. Just wanted to say something so others aren't confused. |
no, there should be two 0's (activations) at the end.
On a side note. I finally 100%ed this song with the right path, but when I heard the gold star ding before the big rock ending, I was so surprised that it made me hesitate and I missed the Last fucking note!
If not for that, I think it would have been 256k. _________________

After you skip 2, you should activate overdrive Immediately before the next set of drum rolls. When that's gone, you'll still get 2 more opportunities to activate. The last will be right before the BY notes at the end. _________________

okay, the way we talk about the paths can be confusing, and I believe I accidentally posted it wrong. Let me try again:
0 - Activate immediately - Green + Bass
1 - Skip a fill, activate on the next one - Red
0 - Activate immediately - Green + Bass
2 - Skip two fills, activate on the next one Green + Bass
0 - Activate immediately - Bass
0 - Activate immediately Green + Bass
I was thinking, "You skip a fill, but you don't skip the next one," so I accidentally added an extra zero in the first half of the path.
my bad. _________________
