My path:
Immediately
After the first tambourine section
After the second tambourine section
I guess the key just not to waste your OD on the tambourines, since all the phrases in this song are super-long and identical anyway. |

Slightly better path, only because it allows for more squeezing:
2/first opportunity
2/immediate
2/before 3rd (after "sun is shining")
2/after "hard rain driving"
Edited for stupidity.

Actually, measure 39 and 40 are the same phrase (I know anything goes...don't remind me), rather than being two back to back overdrive phrases. Making it so you'd only have 1/4 overdrive where you're second activation would be |

Though apparently, if you activate in all the same places, but call that "3" a "2," it still seems to be the best path |

i hate going back to sing this song.
the ONLY phrase i missed was at the very end of the 2nd od, after the phrase "and look at him, watch his eyesss" the phrase that goes "who knows could be"
that "could" note is really high, even an octave low, and the "be" i just can't seem to get after singing so high
i think i had 208-209 after missing only that phrase (again, at the very end of od though), and no GS...
and there's only one video of it on youtube, and it's a girl singing in the real octave, so it doesn't really help me. _________________

Dogfoodnyc may be able to help you there, for that phrase sing the last one an octave lower so you can easily switch up for the high part and lower for the final part.
This song is very unforgiving when you GS it you really have to pretty much FC it or miss the last phrase haha... _________________

Sorry to be so nosey. However, this WILL solve your problem.
Watch this ^_^

I sang that lane in a lower octave. Also, if you can't wait for the answer....
it is
THE SAME NOTE ON A DIFFERENT OCTAVE
Also, I want to thank you. Because of doing this video, I actually got a higher score than my previous high and passed onezenchic to take back 1st on that song on the PS3 side ^_^ _________________

Just in case anybody is still having trouble with the first and last activations what I did was turn the mic up all the way, make sure I wasn't making any noise before the window (ie fill up the pie early), and give it a nice sharp scream. Works for me most of the time. Cannot stress enough the mic sensitivity. |

How i usually get the first activation is i try really hard on the phrase before ("and i twist a little") and get the pie filled before the end of the phrase, then start screaming . I had my mic sensitivity in the middle. _________________
