Probably. ANd yeah, emulator or whatever that removed or lessened the strum limit so he could FC it on RB1.

RttH isn't really on the same level as GGaHT (Visions is it's own separate tier), but it's a long-ish song with nothing but fast gallop strums. It's more of a heavy stamina battle than anything.
