The snare in Spiderwebs is a piccolo snare I think.
In Pretty Fly, it sounds like a shaker for the green or something and the yellow isn't a hi-hat; it sounds like some kind of electronic effect.

Dude, there's no such thing as 24th notes.

Actually I know many musicians that call them 24th notes even though they are actually 16th triplets.
